Louisville Mini Reunion Notes

Classmates and Friends:
We are excited about our Mini-Reunion in Louisville and the final details are in place. It promises to be a fantastic time. Louisville offers a historic and unique environment for us to enjoy.  Please review the information below, especially for the many of you who are utilizing the scheduled transportation for reunion events.  Our reunion starts Tuesday, June 2 and ends on Saturday, June 6.

Tuesday Registration and Meet and Greet:   Registration will start at 3:00 pm; the Meet and Greet will be in the same area and start at 4:00 pm.  Signage will be provided in the Lobby. 

NOTE: Check the WestPoint 72 Website for more details:
 

·         If you need Transportation Devices (e.g., Electric Carts) we have a vendor providing them at a reduced price.

·         Use ”West Point” as a code to get reduced prices at the Louisville Slugger Museum.

·         The Muhammed Ali Museum offers Senior and Veteran price reductions.

·         Full size Louisville Slugger bats (with the class crest on the barrel) will be available for ordering once you get to the reunion.

·         If you have a name tag lanyard from a past reunion, please bring it to help keep costs in check.

·         If you have any dietary needs and have not already made us aware of them, please notify Larry or Ken by email.

·          If you want to attend an event or take transportation for which you did not pre-register, and if there is availability,  you will need to pay with a credit card and contact Larry Aubrecht.

·     There will be a Hospitality Suite at the Galt House with Chris LeBlanc as POC and he asks those driving to the reunion or traveling light to please bring  their favorite libation to the Hospitality Suite as a BYOB donation.

·     We will again be using a phone text and voice message system to communicate among classmates during the reunion.
